You know, my child...nothing beats good nutrition and exercise. I am concerned with you doing this cleanse and the effects on your energy level. You are still growing and need vitamins, calcium, magnesium in your diet to help your body live. I know that fasting can produce quick weight loss, however it is rarely long lasting...that is why doctors talk about diet and nutrition.

Please hear me and know that I am a concerned woman for your wellbeing. I admire your strength and determination, but slow and steady really does win the race. I've kept off my 150+ weight loss through movement and good diet.

Be well my child.

Much love,
linder

Thats awesome mom, thank you. But its not about weight loss for me, I want to go vegetarian and then later raw vegan.

So I simply think it would be best for me to do this cleanse before I go, I tried going vegetarian two times before just out of the blue and I never really saw the whole thing through. So now, I have decided to go on with this fast, to clean me out and go vegetarian.

If I don't go through with it, hell, my skin is looking amazing!

I hear that! Yeah, my skin looks good to because of diet. That's a secret that people just don't talk about and thanks for letting me know about your head space.

Mini lecture: Many vegetarians have really poor diets too and gain weight because they don't study nutrition. If you decide to go raw, you have to work on making sure you're getting enough protein, especially since you probably haven't finished growing yet. I ran into Daniel, you know the young man I mentioned before in my blog? Anyway, he was 21 when we went out and now he's turning 30...well, he's grew another inch! So remember that men don't finish growing until early 20's...

End of lecture.

I feel my best when I'm eating raw and it is an awesome way of life. It is a way to be closer to god too, many people say.

Kudos on your fast! I am proud of you and inspired.

Much love,
Linda
